Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Agent Assist AI. By creating a workspace you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the brokerage or team you represent.

Your workspace

Each customer receives a separate workspace. Leads, calls, recordings, scripts and provider credentials belong to the workspace that created them and are not shared between customers.

Your responsibilities

• You are the caller of record for every call your assistant places.
• You confirm you have the legal right to contact each lead you import, and that do-not-call, consent and state-level AI disclosure requirements are respected.
• You maintain an active real estate license and comply with Fair Housing law.
• You supply and pay for your own voice provider account and telephone numbers.

Prohibited use

No purchased or scraped lists you have no right to call, no impersonation of a human, no use of the assistant to give legal, tax, mortgage or appraisal advice, and no calls outside permitted hours.

Subscriptions

Plans are billed monthly or annually per workspace. Trials do not require a card. Voice usage is billed separately by your own provider.

Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend a workspace that violates these terms or applies calling practices that put consumers at risk.
