AI Calling & Consent Policy
Every workspace owner accepts this policy during setup. These rules are enforced by the platform, not left to the script.
The assistant never pretends to be human
When asked, it states plainly that it is an AI assistant working for the agent. It never claims to be a person.
Consent is checked separately from do-not-call
A lead must be marked as eligible for AI calling, with the source of that consent recorded, before a call can be placed. Imported prospecting lists default to needs review.
Do-not-call suppression is enforced in the database
An opt-out immediately blocks future calls and clears pending queue entries for that workspace.
Scripts must be reviewed and validated
A script moves Draft → Needs Review → Validated → Active. Validating a script does not start calling; switching calling on is a separate, manual step.
Calling hours, daily caps and attempt limits
Calls only go out inside the hours you set in your workspace time zone, within your daily cap, and no more than your configured attempts per lead per day.
No advice, no unverified claims
The assistant refuses legal, tax, mortgage and appraisal advice, refuses to characterize neighbourhoods, and never invents market data, school ratings, crime statistics or an agent's track record.
Handoff to a person on request
If someone asks for the agent, prefers a human, or the situation needs judgment, the assistant stops qualifying and arranges the handoff.
You remain the caller of record and are responsible for compliance with federal and state telemarketing, AI disclosure and Fair Housing requirements in the areas you call.
