Privacy Policy
What we store
- Account details: name, email and role within a workspace.
- Workspace content: leads, property records, scripts, tasks and appointments.
- Call records: transcripts, summaries, recordings where recording is enabled, duration and provider cost.
- Consent and do-not-call evidence you record for a lead.
Separation between customers
Every row of workspace data is tied to a single workspace and access rules are enforced by the database, not just the application. A signed-in user can only read rows for workspaces they are an active member of.
Provider credentials
Your voice provider API key is stored server-side in a restricted table. It is never sent to a browser, never shown again after saving, and never used by another workspace.
Consumer rights
A person your assistant calls can ask to be removed at any time. That request is recorded as a do-not-call entry for your workspace, which immediately suppresses future calls and removes any pending queue entries.
Retention and deletion
Workspace data is retained while the account is active. On request we delete workspace content, subject to any records we must keep to show a call was properly suppressed.
